The price includes local travel within Warsaw and photography at your own location or an outdoor location that can be used at no additional charge.

What the price covers

A conversation, preparation of a coherent series and a guided session in up to two nearby locations. Portraits, moments from your work or a personal passion, and details — 16 selected photographs, individually edited and naturally retouched, with JPG files for print and online use.

The price includes local travel within Warsaw and photography at your own location or an outdoor location that can be used at no additional charge. Travel between locations counts towards the session time.

Additional costs

Studio hire, paid locations, makeup, a stylist, travel outside Warsaw or a larger production require an additional quote. We agree the total cost before booking.

Using your photographs

The base session covers use on your personal website, professional profile, your own communications and agreed press materials. Brand advertising campaigns and team sessions are quoted individually.

A portrait for an interview about your work or the announcement of a talk. I ask in advance about the format the publication needs.

You don't need to know how to pose

I show you how to stand, what to do with your hands and where to look. I set up the light and guide you through each shot.

I spent four years in London and speak fluent English. We can plan and run your entire session in English.

Before the shoot

We'll talk about three things. If you're not sure about something yet, I'll help you decide.

  1. Purpose of the photos

    I ask what the photos are for: a website, a professional profile, the press or a wall at home. That shapes how I plan the session.

  2. Location and date

    I prefer to shoot in places you know: your workshop, office or stable. The light decides the time of day, and we'll pick the date together.

  3. What to wear

    We'll choose clothes you like to wear that suit the location. I'll also tell you what to bring.

Common questions

Are these sessions only for business professionals?

No. I also photograph creatives, professional and amateur athletes, and people who simply want a good portrait. A series begins with your work and the things you choose to do in your own time. The passions shown here are examples.

How does a portrait differ from the “At work and beyond” series?

A portrait focuses on you: your expression, gaze and posture. A series shows a broader picture of you at work or pursuing a passion, through different frames with a consistent visual style. It brings portraits together with moments and details that show what you do.

How many photographs are included?

A Signature Portrait session includes 8 selected photographs; “At work and beyond” includes 16. Each is individually edited and naturally retouched, with files for print and online use. Larger selections are agreed individually.

How much does a session cost?

Signature Portrait from PLN 2,500, including any applicable taxes, “At work and beyond” from PLN 4,500, including any applicable taxes. The session pages explain what is included and which extras cost more. We agree the total price before booking.

I don’t have an idea for the photographs. Where do I start?

You don’t need a finished idea. Tell me what you do and how you want to use the photographs. That usually gives us a starting point for the type of session and the location. I prepare the concept and share it with you before the session.
